17. Puente De Ojuela, México

Originally constructed in 1898 for access to the Ojuela Goldmine, Puente De Ojuela in Mexico is now a popular tourist destination. This 318-meter suspension bridge crosses a deep canyon in Durango and was designed by the Roebling brothers, who also constructed the Brooklyn Bridge. Renovated for safety, the bridge provides dramatic views of the desert terrain and abandoned mining locations. The nearby ghost town enhances the atmosphere, making it a favorite for history enthusiasts and adventurers.
